Our Hiring Approach
Role-Aligned, Rigorous,
and Inclusive.
We apply a structured and role-specific hiring process designed to ensure fair, transparent, and meaningful evaluation. Each recruitment process reflects the distinct technical competencies and cultural values critical to success within each team.
Consultants
2–3 interviews, including one or more business case discussions to assess strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Digital & Technology Team
May include a technical assessment, followed by 2 interviews focused on domain expertise and applied problem-solving.
Specialist Team
2–3 interviews tailored to the area of expertise, assessing analytical depth, adaptability, and functional fit.
Business Services Team
2–3 stages involving HR, the hiring manager, and, when relevant, the COO, focused on functional capability and operational alignment.
